Refund Policy

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (templates, documents, assets), all sales are generally final. Once you have gained access to the digital content, we cannot offer a refund, as the product is considered "consumed."
Subscription Services
For our subscription plans (Pro, Business), you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if you have not downloaded more than 3 premium templates. If you have exceeded this download limit, a refund will not be issued.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following cases:
- Duplicate purchase of the same product or subscription.
- Technical issues preventing access to the service that we are unable to resolve.
- Unauthorized transactions (proof of claim required).
Process for Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team at support@googdocs.comwith your order details and the reason for your request. Most requests are processed within 3-5 business days.
