Troubleshoot issues with downloading or accessing templates.
If you're having trouble downloading templates, try these solutions:
**Template Won't Open:**
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Disable browser extensions that might interfere
- Make sure you're signed into your Google account
**Download Button Not Working:**
- Wait for the full countdown to complete
- Refresh the page and try again
- Check if JavaScript is enabled in your browser
- Disable pop-up blockers temporarily
- Try using an incognito/private browsing window
**Slow Download Speed:**
- Check your internet connection speed
- Close other applications using bandwidth
- Try downloading during off-peak hours
- Use a wired connection instead of WiFi if possible
**Template Doesn't Match Preview:**
- Make sure you're downloading the correct template
- Clear browser cache and try again
- The template should match once opened in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
**Can't Find Downloaded Template:**
- Check your Google Drive
- Look in your "Recent" folder
- Search for the template name in Google Drive
- Check your Downloads folder (if downloaded as file)

Template errors
Fix common template errors and formatting issues.
Here's how to fix common template errors:
**Template Won't Load:**
- Refresh the page
- Clear browser cache
- Try opening the template in a new tab
- Check your Google account permissions
- Ensure you have internet connectivity
**Formatting Issues:**
- Fonts may appear differently if Google doesn't have them
- Custom fonts might default to system fonts
- Images may need to be re-uploaded if links break
- Tables and layouts might need adjustment on smaller screens
**Missing Content:**
- Some placeholders might be empty by design
- Replace placeholder text with your content
- Add images where image placeholders exist
- Check that all sections are visible (not hidden)
**Template Looks Different:**
- Google Docs/Sheets/Slides may render slightly differently
- Screen size and zoom level affect appearance
- Different devices may show variations
- Print preview may differ from screen view
**Can't Edit Template:**
- Make sure you've clicked "Make a copy" in Google
- Don't try to edit the original template link
- Ensure you have edit permissions
- Check that your Google account is active
**Images Not Showing:**
- Re-upload images if they're broken
- Use images from your Google Drive
- Ensure images are in supported formats (JPG, PNG, GIF)
- Check image file sizes (very large images may not load)
**Text Formatting Lost:**
- Use Google Docs formatting tools to restore
- Copy formatting using Format Painter
- Check that you're not in a restricted editing mode
- Some special formatting may need to be reapplied
